Update to 'delegate powers' search filter
You can find authorised airworthiness delegates by using our Airworthiness delegates search tool. As we update the tool, some regulatory powers that have transitioned to the new regulations may not appear when you search.
This means some regulations that have transitioned will not display when using the 'Delegate powers' filter in the search tool.
The regulations that will not display when using the search include:
- CAR37: all Delegates with this power have transitioned to CASR Part 91 for the purposes of subregulations 91.935(4), 91.940(4) & 91.945(3) of CASR 1998.
- CAR 262AP(5): all Delegates with this power have transitioned to CASR Part 91 for regulation 91.050 of CASR 1998 to issue an approval for paragraph 91.875(2)(f) of CASR 1998
- CAR 262AP(6): all Delegates with this power have transitioned to CASR Part 91 for regulation 91.050 of CASR 1998 to issue an approval for paragraph an approval for subparagraph 91.875(2)(e)(ii) of CASR 1998.
